Eryngium planum / Sea Holly. Hardy perennial. Plants look best in sunny borders and especially good in gravel gardens, growing to a height of 90-120cm. They make good fresh and dried cut flowers. Sea Holly prefers a sunny well drained position, and can tolerate drier soils and coastal sites.
The Sea Holly plant is an excellent choice for those seeking a hardy, drought-tolerant perennial to thrive in areas with regular water scarcity.
