The seller had done their research on my preferences and ordered something that fit well, which was a relief as I'd been having some issues with shipping.

I wasn't blown away by the quality of the item itself, but it arrived in decent condition considering its size - no dents whatsoever at first glance. However, upon closer inspection, they did appear to be quite noticeable.

As you would expect from a seller that delivers promptly, the product showed up right on time without any issues or delays.

The good thing about this grill is that it's great for the price, and the instructions could be clearer if they had provided more detailed guidance on assembling the different components.

One issue I've had with the assembly process is that some of the parts seem to be missing or incomplete, particularly when it comes to attaching the hinge to the smoker. This means you have to get creative with your makeshift solutions in order to hold everything together.

The warming rack has a rod that's simply too small for the lid it sits on, which leads to all sorts of problems during cooking. Not only does it fall out or get caught under the weight of food, but its lack of stability also means it tends to collapse mid-cook, sending your meal flying in the process.

The grill plates are another area where this grill falls short. While they're small enough to be easily washed and put away in the dishwasher, the design makes it a pain to clean when you want to use them for more than just grilling. And when you do need to disassemble the entire thing to get at the interior, things can quickly become complicated due to the fact that parts tend to fall apart or stick together.

I've tried using this grill multiple times, but unfortunately it always seems to let me down in terms of its performance. The warming grill is a particular frustration - when you finally manage to get it off and clean, it's often too damaged to be used again without major repairs.

I've had this product for several months now and have been really pleased with how well it's performed.

It has been delivered on time, which was a big plus given my expectations were a bit low.

The quality of the parts I received was good, but they weren't exactly what I'd call perfect.

One thing that made me happy to see is that the heat has stayed stable even when the lid is closed, which is a great feature for keeping things warm while you're cooking.

The coal tray's adjustable design makes it easy to get the right temperature without having to constantly adjust the heat.

The side attachments and hooks have been really useful in my kitchen. I've also enjoyed using the fact that I can easily move this product around because of its wheels.

One thing I did notice was that the coal tray is a bit narrow, but this is somewhat offset by the adjustable levels provided on top, which makes it easier to control the heat intensity.

I do wish the food tray had been more movable in my kitchen. It's not entirely clear why it wasn't designed with this feature, as I'd have expected it to be useful for getting ingredients out of the bag or something.
